These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your membership in RM Club LLP (LLPIN [llpin]). By using this website, completing KYC or becoming a member, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
• You must provide true, accurate and complete information, and keep it up to date.
• Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred without the LLP's written consent.

2. Identity verification (KYC)

• Every member must complete identity verification through the personal link sent by our team. Membership is activated only after successful verification.
• Your verification link is for you alone. Do not forward it to anyone else.
• We may refuse, suspend or end a membership if verification fails, information is false, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
• We may ask you to verify again if your details change or the law requires it.

3. Nature of membership

• Your rights and obligations as a member — including any contribution, profit sharing, lock-in, exit and payout terms — are set out in your written membership agreement and the LLP agreement. If there is any conflict, the signed agreement prevails over these Terms.
• RM Club LLP does not accept deposits and does not promise fixed, assured or guaranteed returns. Any profit sharing depends on the actual performance of the LLP's businesses and can be lower than expected or nil.
• Past performance, projections, targets or examples shared in seminars, presentations or messages are illustrations only, not promises.
• Nothing on this website is an offer of securities, a deposit scheme, or personalised financial, legal or tax advice.

4. Payments

• Make payments only to the LLP's official bank account as confirmed in writing by the LLP. Never pay cash to individuals or into personal accounts.
• Always obtain an official receipt for every payment.

5. Your responsibilities

• Do not misrepresent the LLP, promise returns on its behalf, or recruit others using claims not approved in writing by the LLP.
• Do not misuse this website — no attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, or upload harmful content.
• Keep any login details and verification links confidential.

6. Communications

By joining, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email about your membership, KYC and important updates. Official communication comes only from [phone] and [email].

7. Intellectual property

The RM Club LLP name, logos, website content and materials belong to the LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, losses caused by your own breach of these Terms, losses from fraud by third parties impersonating the LLP, or interruptions of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, or your rights under your signed membership agreement.

9. Suspension and exit

We may suspend or end access to our services if you breach these Terms or the law. You may request to exit in line with the exit terms of your membership agreement.

10. Grievances and disputes

Please first raise any concern with us at [email] or with our Grievance Officer (see the Privacy Policy). We will try to resolve it amicably within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in your membership agreement.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Group companies

RM Club LLP works alongside the following group company. Each group company is a separate legal entity: its obligations are its own and are governed by the agreements you sign with that company.
